Shiro Dara (or Shirodhara) is a traditional Ayurvedic therapy that involves gently pouring a continuous stream of warm medicated oil (or other liquids like milk or coconut water) over the forehead, specifically targeting the "third eye" area. The name is derived from the Sanskrit words shiro (head) and dhara (flow)
